Rtm88 Platform Terms and Conditions of Use

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and RTM88 ("Platform", "we", or "Company") governing your use of the website, mobile app, and all services provided by RTM88.

By completing the registration process, making a deposit, or using any RTM88 service, you are deemed to have fully read, understood, and accepted all terms in this document. This acceptance is complete and unconditional.

2 Eligibility & Account Registration

• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account only. Multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended and balances withheld pending investigation.

Rtm88 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time as part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) process. Required documents may include a national ID, passport, bank statement, or valid proof of address. Failure to provide the requested documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension.

3 Account Security Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your RTM88 account username and password. RTM88 recommends using a strong, unique password and enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for an added layer of security.

All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, whether carried out by you or by any other party who gains access to your account due to your own negligence.

• Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members.
• Do not access your account over an unsecured public Wi-Fi network.
• Change your password regularly and immediately upon suspecting any unauthorised access.
• Contact RTM88 customer support immediately if you notice any suspicious activity on your account.

Rtm88 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or phone. If you receive such a request, please disregard it and report it to our security team.

4 Deposit & Fund Withdrawal

Rtm88 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via supported payment methods including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and Boost. All listed payment methods are active and fully operational.

Deposit: Deposits are processed automatically and will typically be credited to your account within 5 minutes of payment confirmation. RTM88 does not charge any processing fees for deposits.

Withdrawal: All withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, or to a verified bank account registered in your own name.
• Any bonus received must meet the specified rollover requirements before that portion can be withdrawn.
• Rtm88 reserves the right to request additional supporting documents for withdrawals exceeding certain limits as part of the compliance process.

5 Bonus & Promotions

Under no circumstances shall RTM88's total maximum liability to any member exceed the net deposit amount made by that member within the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.

11 Account Termination & Suspension

Rtm88 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account at any time, with or without prior notice, for the following reasons:

• Violation of any section within these Terms and Conditions.
• Evidence or suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to provide the requested identity verification documents within the stipulated timeframe.
• Wagering from restricted jurisdictions using a VPN or other masking methods is prohibited.
• Judicial action or authority order requiring account freezing.

If your account is terminated due to a terms violation, rtm88 reserves the right to withhold balances associated with the violating activity while an investigation is conducted. Balances unrelated to the violation will be returned through the established process once the investigation is complete.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the RTM88 customer support team. Any remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal once all conditions have been met.
